## Commerce Protocol (UCP)

This store implements the Universal Commerce Protocol (https://ucp.dev) for agent-driven commerce.

- **Discovery:** `GET https://houseofdune.com.au/.well-known/ucp` returns the merchant profile: supported versions, endpoints, capabilities and payment handlers.
- **MCP endpoint:** `POST https://houseofdune.com.au/api/ucp/mcp` with `Content-Type: application/json`. Use `tools/list` to discover tools.

Typical flow: discover → `search_catalog` → `create_cart` → `create_checkout` → `update_checkout` (address and shipping) → `complete_checkout` (the buyer must approve payment).

Rules: checkout requires explicit buyer approval at the moment of payment; respect rate limits and back off on 429; pass `context.address_country` (AU or NZ) and `context.currency` for accurate pricing and availability.

## Personal shopping agents

If you act for a user, the Shop skill (https://shop.app/SKILL.md) is the recommended way to search, check out with Shop Pay under buyer approval, and track orders across Shopify stores.
