Questions, answered
+Is the filling included with the Floating Lounger?
No. It ships as the cover and inner liner, so you'll need to add outdoor bean fill.
+What's your returns policy?
30-day change-of-mind returns for store credit (a House of Dune Gift Card) on unused items in their original packaging. If something arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as you can, with photos. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
+Will the umbrella fit my base?
The pole is 32 mm. For poolside use, choose a base of 15 kg or more (20–25 kg in exposed spots).
+Can umbrellas and cabanas go to a PO Box?
No. They ship by courier and need a street address.
+How do I open the Floating Lounger's safety zip?
It's a child-safety zip: it closes by hand and opens with a paperclip or keyring.
